Since February 15, 2024, every guest at Northern Lights Casino shows a SIGA Rewards card to Security on entry. After that comes a guest registration kiosk, where each visit is registered. If you arrive without a card, Security sends you to the SIGA Rewards desk. Staff there can sign you up or give you a new card.
The kiosk records only first name, last name, card number, and the time and date of entry. That record is for the casino's internal use. It is not shared with third parties. Travellers coming in late off the highway go through the same two steps as Prince Albert locals.

How SIGA Rewards works
SIGA Rewards is one card across the seven SIGA casinos, the same card in Prince Albert and at the other six. It has four tiers: Emerald, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The SIGA Rewards app tracks points and tier credits. Security checks it at the door on every visit, and the desk issues one to guests who arrive without it.
Show the card and members save 10% on an order at the restaurant or the Deli. The Deli serves casual food, including items from Kookum's Kitchen.
Age and house rules
Guests must be 19 or older, which is also the legal gambling age in Saskatchewan. In any SIGA casino, a guest below age 19 counts as a prohibited individual. So are excluded people. Prohibited individuals cannot receive winnings. The age rule covers RV guests too: everyone in the vehicle must be 19 or older.
Inside, the casino allows no panhandling or solicitation. It has zero tolerance for harassment or abuse. The casino does not publish a dress code. Questions about it can go to 306-764-4777.
Self-exclusion
People can ask for SIGA Voluntary Self-Exclusion at Northern Lights Casino or at any other SIGA casino. It lasts from 6 months to 5 years. During that time the person is banned from all nine Saskatchewan casinos, not only the seven run by SIGA. Nobody can enrol someone else, so the request has to come from the person who wants the ban. Calling 1-800-306-6789 reaches the Saskatchewan Problem Gambling Helpline, which costs nothing, stays confidential and picks up 24 hours a day.
